Refund Policy
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day refund on all paid plugin editions, no questions asked. If the plugin doesn't work for you, or you simply changed your mind, we'll refund your purchase in full within 14 days of the original transaction.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@webmcp-master.ai with:
- Your order number (from the Paddle receipt email)
- The email address used at checkout
- Optional: what didn't work for you, so we can improve
We process refunds within 3 business days. The refunded amount typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Annual subscriptions
For yearly subscriptions, the 14-day refund applies to the initial purchase and to renewals. If you no longer want to renew, cancel your subscription from the Paddle billing portal at least 24 hours before the renewal date — no refund needed.
4. What happens after a refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key is deactivated and you should uninstall the paid edition. The free edition (where available) remains usable.
5. Outside the 14 days
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. If the plugin has a major defect that we cannot resolve, contact us and we'll make it right.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly via email. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
